This guide applies to Sellers based in the United States only. For UK sellers please see this guide.
You may receive multiple orders from the same buyer in quick succession. In these cases, you may want to combine those orders to save on shipping costs.
Important:
It is not currently possible to ship merged orders with Amazon fulfilment (FBA or MCF)
Before merging Amazon orders, please note that A-to-Z, VTR or other protections won't be available.
Merge your orders
Go to the “mergeable” filter view.
Note: The mergeable filter view will only appear if you have mergeable orders in Veeqo and will show all orders which are being sent to the the same address / recipient.
2. Select the orders you would like to merge using the check box on the left of the order. You can merge multiple groups of orders at the same time.
3. Click Actions
4. Choose Merge Orders
5. We will display a pop-up showing the details of the orders you are merging. Click Merge orders to confirm.
Note: If you selected more than one group of orders we will:
Display which group you are currently viewing
Offer the option to skip a group if you do not want to merge that group
6. Click merge and continue to confirm that you want to merge the orders displayed. Veeqo will then display the next group of orders to be merged.
Viewing Your Merged Order Details
You will be able to see the details of your merged orders by clicking the dropdown next to “Merged orders”
From here, if you click on the merged order you can:
View your new merged order
Print an Invoice
Unmerge orders
If you click on one of the original orders you can:
View the summary of your original order
Print an Invoice
Note: You are not able to create split shipments for a merged order. The order will need to be un merged before you split the shipment
Un - merge your Orders
Find the merged order you would like to un - merge
Click the down arrow next to “Buy Label” on that order
Choose Unmerge Orders
4. You will see a pop-up asking if you’re sure. Click Unmerge orders to confirm.
FAQs
How do my merged orders show on my reporting in Veeqo?
In your Veeqo reports, you will see the merged order. The original orders will be hidden to avoid duplication of information.
How will my shipping information be passed back to my store?
We will update the status of all original orders to shipped and push the carrier used to the store. If the shipment has a tracking number we will pass this to the sales channel as well.
How will merging my orders affect my shipping emails?
If you have set emails to come from your store, your shipping emails will show the original order information. If you are using Veeqo's email templates, your emails will show the new order number for the merged order.
Can I merge orders with different currency codes?
